PHI 5318: Logic for Philosophers

Prerequisite(s): For philosophy graduate students only or by departmental approval. In this course the student should gain formal tools that are useful in a wide-range of areas of philosophy, including: propositional logic, quantificational logic, basic set theory, basic probability theory, and basic modal logic.
