LAW 9374: Comm Lending Transactions

Prerequisite(s): LAW 9521. This course focuses on the practical business and legal concepts inherent in commercial lending transactions and demonstrates how those issues arise in financing documents. Students will learn the basic provisions of commercial lending documents and will learn the legal and business issues behind those provisions by working through the negotiation and drafting of commercial lending documents.
