Prerequisite(s): C or better in ELC 3337. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of optoelectronics and photonics with emphasis on optical and electronic materials and devices including optical fibers, semiconductor light-emitting diodes and lasers, photodetectors, integrated photonic devices and circuits.
