Prerequisite(s): EDP 5340. Review of the theoretical literature and construction of direct and indirect performance tests. Course will cover cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, theoretical assumptions underlying test design, criteria for the appropriate construction of discreet item forms, processes used to establish test validity and reliability, and use of test construction software.
